Earned value (EVM) dashboards for each project.
Progress Analytics is the earned-value view of a project: planned value, earned value and actual cost, with the cost and schedule indices, read from the daily reports and the quantity book as they are accepted.
It runs off the same data that drives the daily reports, the Quantity Book and the schedule. No reconciliation, no spreadsheet exports.
Built for construction professionals — not generic SaaS.
PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI per project. CV and SV in dollars and percent. Values by period over the project lifetime.
EAC from the cost performance index (BAC ÷ CPI), estimate to complete and variance at completion, beside the indices they come from.
Activities linked to pay items carry the quantities recorded against them, so earned value follows the record, not a separate progress entry.
Earned value is recomputed from accepted daily reports and the quantity book, stored by period, so the dashboard shows the trend and not only a point in time. Where a project has no cost source the indices say so by name rather than printing a restated budget.
